We bid farewell to Lucy A. Hession of Norwood, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 8, 2024 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelina Melino (Lorusso) and Angelo Melino of Norwood; her daughter Anne Marie Medeiros; her husband William Aloysius Hession; and her siblings, Michael Melino and Josephine McMullin (Melino).

She is survived by: her children, Michael John (Robin), Noreen (Mark Whitworth), William Paul, Mary Ellen (Gary Bogue) and Judith; her grandchildren, Michael Johnson Hession, Christopher Mark Hession, Jenna Jon Stephens, Daniel William Medeiros, Richard William Hession, Alexander Paul Hession, Nicholas James Hession, Jennifer Dwyer and Samuel David Friedman; and her great grandchildren, Michael Hession, Matthew Hession, Caleb Hession, Samantha Stephens, Sloane Stephens, Lucy Mae Hession, Reese Hession and Kinslee Hession.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the McMaster Funeral Home (86 Franklin St, Braintree, MA 02184). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Saint Francis of Assisi Church (856 Washington St, Braintree, MA 02184). A burial was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at the Blue Hill Cemetery (700 West St, Braintree, MA 02184).
