She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Koenig, Jr.; her parents, Charles P. Thornton and Catherine Thornton (Gannon); her son Matthew Koenig; and her brother James Thornton.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert C. Koenig (Leslie) of Louisville, KY and Douglas Koenig of Norwood; her grandsons, Graham and Max; her sisters, Mary Quinn, Carolyn Williams and Tricia Jordan; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Thornton and Stephen Koenig (Anne). She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home (1248 Washington St, Norwood, MA 02062). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:20 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
