It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph W. Fitzgerald of Norwood, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Fitzgerald (Dawson); his parents, Joseph Fitzgerald and Virginia Fitzgerald; and his brother-in-law John Dawson. He is survived by: his children, Mike Fitzgerald (Kerri) of Foxboro, Kate Kelley (Colin) of Norwood and Tim Fitzgerald of Norwood; his siblings, Bob Fitzgerald (Tina) of Norwood and Dee Fitzgerald of Westwood; his siblings-in-law, Diane and Jerry Collins of Elmira, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Kara, Ted Fannon, Ryan Fitzgerald, Brent, Lauren Fitzgerald, Stephanie, Dan Bronk, Tracy and Chris Vaughn.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joe's memory may be made to the Norwood Circle of Hope, PO Box 421 Norwood, MA 02062.
