He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Collins and Mary Agnes Collins; and his siblings, James Collins and Barbara Butters (Collins). He is survived by: his brothers, Bern Collins (Maggie) and Paul Collins (Ginny); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Butters and Elaine Collins. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and their children.
