He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard Doherty and Patricia Ingham; and his parents, Cornelius Doherty and Mary Doherty (Sheehan). He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Doherty (Ferro); his daughter Rose Doherty of Los Angeles, CA.; and his sisters, Mary Pitts of Rockland and Nancy Clancy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
