He was predeceased by: his wife Ann M Anastasi (Moscone); his parents, Joseph Anastasi and Mary Anastasi (Fata); and his siblings, Dominica "Mamie" Spada, Anna Savary, Louise Dickens and Dominic "Mickey" Anastasia.

He is survived by: his sisters, Irene Luppi of Dedham and Virginia LeGrow of Houston, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home (1248 Washington St, Norwood, MA 02062). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Catherine of Siena Church (547 Washington St, Norwood, MA 02062).

“This is john fitzgerald and I live at benchmark. I had the privilege of knowing Frank his whole time here. Frank was respected by all we have missed him. Frank would come into the dining room and stopped to say hi to them all. The one thing that showed his empathy is he would stop longer with residents who were having a difficult time. He always left everyone smiling. This is rarely seen here. He was quiet about it. He was one of a kind just being himself. What a guy”
