He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Lisa A. DeCosta (Cotton); his parents, Mercedes Costa (Sousa) of Norwood and Frank Costa; his children, Ashley Lynn DeCosta of Norwood, Anthony Francis DeCosta of Norwood and Alexandra Lee DeCosta of Norwood; his siblings, Maria J. Deandrade, Maria Euginia Cole of Norwood and Frank DaCosta Jr. of Norwood; and his grandchildren, Dominic LeBlanc, Sophia DaSouza, Rianna DaSouza and Kaius Sok.
