She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Brien and Anne O'Brien (Ryan); her husband Paul L. McNeil; and her siblings, Patricia Connell, Vincent O'Brien, James O'Brien and John O'Brien.

She is survived by: her close friend Robert Parish; her daughters, Patricia L. McNeil-Federico (Charles) of Ashburnham and Paula L. Flanagan (James) of Norwood; and her grandsons, Andrew Hayes of Fitchburg, Liam Flanagan of Norwood, Michael Federico of Gardner and Nicholas Federico of Maine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
