He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund H. Florek and Myrtle B. "Dee" Florek of Norwood; his brother Steven J. Florek; and his siblings-in-law, Mark S. Johnson and Donna M. Johnson of Brockton.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Florek (Johnson) of Norwood; his siblings-in-law, Rosanne Johnson-Gentile of Ocala, Elizabeth, Raymond Masi of Ocala, Nanci Johnson, Robert Burr of Carver and Debra Florek; his godchildren, Kori Papsadore of Quincy and Gillian Burr of Middleboro; his nephews, Brendan Johnson (Erica) of Taunton and Christopher Hiltz; his niece Charlene Goodine of Middleboro; and his friends, Paul, Pam Papsadore of Atttleboro, Terri Carney of Tewksbury, Joe, Dawn Florek of Norfolk, Lauri, Frank Howard of Brockton, Irene, Bill Ryan of Foxboro, Donna and Jimmy Pinciaro of Norwood. He is also survived by many cousins, grand nieces and nephews and friends.
