She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Foley and Bridget Foley (Lee); and her sisters, Mary Geary, Kay Foley and Ann O'Neil.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph Foley of Quincy and Margie Sykes of Westwood; her children, Joe (Carlene LaVita), Michael (Jayne LaVita), Mark LaVita of Attleboro, Donna (Dan McLaughlin), Karen LaVita (Bill Hayden) and Jim LaVita of Norwood; and her grandchildren, Bada, Dan, Taylor, Jenna, Victor, Mark, Alicia, Chris, Matthew, Michael, Rocco, Jillian, Brian, Jimmy and Jonathan. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
