He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Forest and Grace Forest; and his sisters, Marilyn Dwyer and Evelyn Pearson. He is survived by: his wife Avril; his children, Amy (Larkin) and Sara (Steve); and his grandchildren, Grace, Finlay, Mackenna and Luke. He is also survived by numerous extended family and endearing friends.
