He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Livingston (Adair); and his brother Robert Livingston. He is survived by: his children, David M. Livingston (Nina) of Norwell, Norway and Marcia A. Livingston-Holmes (Warren Holmes) of Hanover; his siblings, Pauline Donovan, Pat Eklund, Diana Francis, Susan Livingston, Theresa Kennison, John Livingston and James Livingston; his grandchildren, Jordan, Megan, Conrad Mitchel, David Christopher Livingston and Andrew Holmes; and his nieces, Karen, Cheryl, Bonnie, Donna and Linda Livingston.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation.
