It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Higgins of Norwell, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 5, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Higgins. She is survived by: her children, John A. "Jack" Higgins (Michelle) of Charlotte, NC, Christopher P. Higgins (Michelle) of Foxboro and Jill P. Higgins of Weymouth; her grandsons, Jonathan B. Higgins of Foxboro and Nicholas M. Higgins of Foxboro; her sister Marilyn DeCosta of Fort Lauderdale, FL.; her niece Kimberly Bonacker (Joe); her great-nieces, Sarah and Brooke of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; her cousin Beverly Cuming Coneys; and her pet Patches.
