He was predeceased by: his wife Alice I. Proulx (Boynton); and his parents, Louis O. Proulx and Alice M. Proulx (Johnson). He is survived by: his children, Lauralyn Clark (Robert) of New York, Theresa M. Flaherty (Stephen) of Norwood and Robert M. Proulx (Jennifer) of Grafton. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
