He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne L. Lofgren (Sanford); his parents, Bernard A. Lofgren and Barbara L. Lofgren (Burns); and his siblings, Maryanne Simoes and Stephen Lofgren.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Barbara Lofgren of Norton, Patrick Michael Lofgren of Berkley, Kevin Nils Lofgren (Melissa) of Coventry and Jennifer Lynne Robbins (Zachary) of Norton; his grandchildren, Connor P. Lofgren, Charles R. Lofgren of Cole, E. S, Edward B. Lofgren and Danica M. L. Robbins; and his siblings, Linda Knight of California, Timothy Lofgren of Rhode Island, Joseph Lofgren of Rhode Island, Christopher Lofgren of Rhode Island, John Lofgren of California, Theresa Shorts of Rhode Island and Joanne Moyher of Florida. He is also survived by the pet dogs.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home (19 Clapp St, Norton, MA 02766).
In lieu of flowers, Peter's family has requested that donations in his memory be made to a non-euthanizing animal shelter of one's choice.
