He is survived by: his significant other Jody Ryan of Middleboro; his children, John Costa and Denise Savoie of Otisville, ME; his siblings, Rita Costa (Eric Costa) of Bridgewater, Linda Souza (Tom Souza) of Lakeville and Richard Costa of Plymouth; his parent Lillian Della Costa (Cassani) of Bridgewater; and also, Kristen Brearly and Victor Alspach of Otisville, ME. He is also survived by 3 children and spouses, and her 5 grandchildren, along with many loving cousins, nieces and nephews, and endless friends.
