We bid farewell to James Gillon of Norton, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 5, 2025 at the age of 79. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gillon and Elizabeth Gillon (Aldrich); and his siblings, Phyllis and Buddy. He is survived by: his wife Judy Gillon (Walsh); his siblings, Pat (Marshall Grant), Theresa Miller, Richard (Linda Gillon) and Ken (Carolyn Mackie); his daughters, Ginger (Brad Wain) of Winchendon, MA and Jill Gillon of Norton, MA.; his grandchildren, Coren Gillon of Norton, MA, Brittany (Josh Gordon) of Pawtucket, RI and Trinity Williams of Norton; and his great grandchildren, Grayson Carter Williams and Lucas James Gordon.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (547 Manley St, West Bridgewater, MA 02379). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the Newland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 321 Manley St. West Bridgewater, whom helped to take care of Jim in his final months of life.
