She was predeceased by: her husband William M. McGovern, Jr.; and her parents, Walter Dunn and Catherine Dunn (McGonagle). She is survived by: her children, Michelle A. McGovern-Eastman (Brian Cook) of Norton, Suzanne McGovern (Michael Tubin) of Plymouth, Paul M. McGovern of Norton, Katherine and Brian M. McGovern (Denise) of Wilmington, NC.; her grandchildren, Brenden Howarth, Daniel Eastman, Heather Celotto, Shannon Collins, Ethan Howarth, Nolan McGovern, Lauren Dunn, Owen McGovern, Caitlin McGovern and Connor McGovern; and her brother Walter Dunn of Hull.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home (55 N Main St, Mansfield, MA 02048). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Church (1 Power St, Norton, MA 02766).
