Shirley Glaze Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Glaze of Northfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lina K. Alger (Belden) and James Warren Alger; her sister Barbara A. Malcomb; her former husband Donald S. Dorrington; and her husband Henry E. Kaminski.
She is survived by: her daughter Gretchen Draper (Barry) of New Hampton, NH.; her granddaughters, Nadine Dorrington of Richmond, VA and Amy Lovell of Readsboro, VT.; her stepsons, Jeffrey W. Glaze (Linda Bennett Glaze) and Jonathan W. Glaze (Sandra); her stepgrandchildren, Justin W. Glaze (Kellie), Jordan W. Glaze and Jocelyn G. Fleisschner (Grayson); her siblings, Donald W. Alger and Nancy A. Braley; and her close friend Mollie. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 11 nieces and nephews.
Even in the midst of the Covid-19 restrictions, Shirley loved her room, the birds at her window and the staff who took good care of her.
