The memory of Walter L. Vail (Northbridge, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 25, 2024 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his son Robert Farrell, Jr.; his siblings, Harold, Robert, Ralph, Winslow, Donny and Audrey; and his parents, Cecile Vail and Viola Vail (Ferris).
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Vail (Brodeur); his children, Doug Vail of Blackstone, MA, Randy Vail, Vicky Verge, Gail Connors of Blackstone, MA, Tina Murphy of Whitinsville, MA, Joanne Vail of Cape Cod, MA, Judy Farrell, Andrea Forte, Nancy Brown of Charlton, MA and Leeza Vail; and his brother LIoyd Vail of New York. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carr Funeral Home (24 Hill St, Whitinsville, MA 01588).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
