With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Stanley E. Riker Jr. (Northbridge, Massachusetts), born in Evanston, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley E. Riker, Sr. and Mary Cairns Riker; his brother Ralph Riker of Wyckoff, NJ.; his children, Joanne Riker of Northbridge, MA and Stanley E. Riker III (Marianne) of Sebastian, FL.; his grandchildren, Alex J. Riker (Lauren) of Stow, MA, Ryan Riker and Shelby Riker of Sebastian, FL.; and his great grandchildren, Ari and Liv Riker.
He is survived by: his wife Edith "Edie" Riker; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Moore of Wilmington, NC and Dave Haldane (Joan) of Toms River, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carr Funeral Home (24 Hill St, Whitinsville, MA 01588). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
