He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob K. DeHaan and Jeanette E. DeHaan (Goldberg). He is survived by: his wife Linda Merrill DeHaan of Northbridge; his sons, Marc Justin DeHaan of Northbridge and Jeffrey Michael DeHaan (Emily Flinter DeHaan) of Cheshire, CT.; his grandsons, Evan and Andrew DeHaan; and his brother Larry DeHaan (Arlene Dorenfeld DeHaan) of Framingham.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to support the Linda Bi, MD Research and Education Fund.
