Berkowitz (Jen) of Uxbridge; her grandchildren, John Michael, Trevor, Katrina, Stephen, Mercedes, Christian, Hana, Kierra, Isabella and Aldea; her great grandchildren, Mayson, Toni, Bettylee, Abagail and Alison; her stepchildren, Brian Berkowitz of Davenport, FL and Brenda Juskavitch (Robert) of Worcester; her brothers, Michael J. Castell (Maggie) of Sutton, Brian J. Castell (Deborah) of Whitinsville and Russell S. Castell of Worcester; her grandson Dominic Berkowitz; and her parents, Henry J. "Hank" Castell and Mabel Castell (Galvin). She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
