He was predeceased by: his father Michael Paul DePasquale. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine DePasquale (Macchione) of Plymouth, MA; his wife Amy DePasquale; his children, Jemma and Jesse; his siblings, Michael (Kathleen DePasquale) of North Haven, CT, Mark (Christine DePasquale) of Plymouth, MA, Laura (Glenn Cunniff) of Mansfield, MA and Lizabeth (Scott Roberts) of Auburn, MA; and his parents-in-law, Herman and Patricia Shoemaker (Amy). He is also survived by five siblings and their spouses, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
