He is survived by: his children, Brian Berkowitz of Devenport, FL, Brenda Juskavitch (Robert) of Worcester, Tina Berkowitz of Northbridge, John Berkowitz of Worcester and Gary Berkowitz (Jennifer) of Uxbridge; and his brothers, Robert Berkowitz, Harry Berkowitz (Linda) of Northbridge and Tom Berkowitz (Jeanne) of Sutton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
