He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Barrett and Carolyn Barrett (Frank); and his sister Catherine Freeman. He is survived by: his sisters, Jennifer Bengtson (John), Cindy Whitney (George) and Dorothy Mannings (Shawn); his brother-in-law Ira Freeman; his friend Chris Cicero; his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Michelle, Tabetha, Colleen, Jack, Ricky and Ian; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cynthia, Madison, Lenora, Tyler, Liam, Grayson and Arlo. He is also survived by his many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). The military honors was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 1:20 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A wake was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at the same location.
