He was predeceased by: his sons, Douglas Heney and Michael Heney. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Heney (Szarek); his son James F. Heney (Steven D) of Whitinsville; his grandchildren, Samantha Heney of Whitinsville, Courtney Maracle (Jonathan) of Whitinsville, Nicole Macero (Sam) of Palm Springs, CA, Kathryn LeGrande (Nick) of St. Louis, MO, Meredith Heney of Chicago, IL and Elizabeth Heney of Naperville, IL; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Charlotte, Ben, Violette, Everleigh, Owen and Jack; and his sisters, Ida Haley of Northbridge, Shirley Heney of Northbridge and Elva Heney of Northbridge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
