He is survived by: his wife Donna Pratt (Mummenthey); his mother Hazel Pratt (Gould) of Maynard; his siblings, Bill Pratt (Ann) of Maynard, Kathleen Harrington (David) of South Deerfield and Karen Costa (Ron) of Churchville, MD; his grandchildren, Madden, Audrey Siemaszko and Adley Mummenthey; and his stepchildren, Jennifer and Adam. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
