He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick MacNeil and Jean MacNeil (Conrad). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen MacNeil (Carignan); his sons, Alexander MacNeil (Molly Harrington) of Woodstock, CT and Nicholas (Christiana) of Mullica Hill, NJ; his grandchildren, Anastasia, Violet, Alexander, Jr., Caroline and Zeke; his siblings, Mary Ryan (Gary) of Glouster, VA, Jeanne D'Amato (Richard) of Whitinsville, MA, Pamela Conrad of Whitinsville, MA, Susan Burchard of Springfield, VT and Donald (Kym) of Weymouth, MA; and his mother-in-law Theresa Carignan. He is also survived by several sisters and brothers in-law.
