He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Rutherford and Lillian Rutherford (Persif); and his wife Beulah A. Rutherford (Bester). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Timothy W. Dupree, Gordon L. Dupree, Jr. and Shawn D. Van Der Burgt. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
