He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Alden (McManus) and Dr. John Alden; and his pet Zack. He is survived by: his daughter Carly Alden-Pickett (Nicholas); his wife Tracey Alden (Colcord); and his siblings, Elizabeth Mazzarelli (Joseph), John Alden, Edward Alden, Stephen Alden (Marietta), Martha LeRoy (Marc), Peter Alden (Bonnie) and Susan Alden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dana Farber who helped Christopher reach his end-of-life goal to walk his daughter down the aisle.
