He was predeceased by: his parent Roy E. Conrad. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Conrad (Weldon); his daughter Jennifer Conrad of Linwood; his mother Joan M. Conrad (Powers); his siblings, Mark D. Conrad of Saco, ME, Teresa A. Flagg of Douglas and Labrador Retriever Muzzy; and his aunt Mary Frances Powers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
