She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Czech of Delanson, NY, Margaret Williams of Custer, SD, Arthur Collins of Schenectady, NY, Paul Collins of Centerville, GA, Grace Collins of Schenectady, NY and Cecelia Morelli of Seminole, FL; her godchildren, Tucker Mahoney, Gregory Lewis and Polly Bianconi; her friend Linda Nadeau of Douglas; her sibling Elizabeth Collins; and her parent Sophie H. Collins (Kaczor). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces.
