She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Billiel and Elizabeth Billiel; her husband John Rogers; her brother Charles Peter Billiel; her son Robert; and her son-in-law Hank Hartzell.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Rogers of Manheim, PA; and her daughter-in-law Janice Rogers of Erie, CO. She is also survived by two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
