It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Xiancai Liao of Northborough, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ning Yin. He is survived by: his daughters, Weiwei Liao and Qing Liao. He is also survived by 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.
