He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Boulanger and Etiennette Boulanger (Morin). He is survived by: his wife Elaine G. Boulanger (Gentili); his children, Marc R. Boulanger (Raelinda) of Worcester and Dawna A. Hurst (Frederick) of Northborough; his grandchildren, Rebecca Tollis (Jason), Virginia Hurst, Matthew Boulanger, Thomas Hurst and Michael Hurst; his great grandchild Roy Tollis; and his brother Armand Boulanger (Nancy) of Sturbridge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
