She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick J. Coan and Loretta Coan (Smith); and her husband John B. Jay. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Fratoni (Diane) of Worcester, Mark R. Fratoni (Lesli) of Boylston and Gary S. Fratoni (Missy) of Westborough; her grandchildren, Samantha, Joseph, Nichole, Ashlynn, Amory, Cortney, William and Lexi; her great grandchild Colton; and her siblings, Patrick J. Coan III of Beverly, MA, Frances O'Connell of Los Angeles, CA and Kathleen Uek of Natick. She is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
