He is survived by: his wife Deborah Maynard (Herbert); his children, Alyssa and Daniel; his brothers, Robert and Kevin Maynard; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Maynard, Tom Herbert, William Herbert (Christine) and Judith Daoust (George). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
