He was predeceased by: his father Charles W.. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Y. Bleakney, Jr. (Grant) of Northborough; his children, Jillian E. Bleakney (Patrick Brustas) of Dracut and Adrian J. Bleakney of Los Angeles, CA; his siblings, Charles W. Bleakney III (Pamela) of Northborough, Edward Bleakney and Yvonne Bleakney; his godson Chad Bleakney (Tovah); his girlfriend Cynthia Robert of Rhode Island; and also, Charlie of Northborough, Tanner of Northborough and Bowie of Northborough.
