He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman B. and Mildred A. Howarth, Sr. (Thistlethwaite). He is survived by: his wife Faith C. Howarth (Wiley); his daughters, Wendy Bradley of Shrewsbury and Lori Gastaldo (Gary) of Queens Creek, AZ; and his stepsons, Richard Goodwin of Marlborough and Michael Goodwin (Michelle) of Fairbanks, Alaska. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
