He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Antonio, Deolinda Chaves, Jose and Maria N Sousa of Hudson, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Tracy M. Chaves (Maia); his children, Marco, Marianna and Audrianna; his parents, Jose Chaves and Isabel Chaves (Sousa) of Hudson, MA; his siblings, Danny Chaves of Hudson, MA, Jennifer Babcock (Nick) of Leominster, MA and Amy Bleasdell (Shaun) of Worcester, MA.; his niece Makenna Babcock; his nephew Jonah Babcock; his parents-in-law, Pablo and Arleuza Maia of Framingham, MA; and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by other relatives, friends.
