He was predeceased by: his son James A. Millar, III. He is survived by: his wife Lois G. Millar (Davidson); his children, Debra Rolfe (Stephen), Kathy Stone, Sally Strout (Tom), Pamela Stickles (Stephen) and Jeffrey Millar; his sister Carole McGowan (Clarence); his daughter-in-law Tina; and his parents, James Sr. and Selma Millar.
