It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen M. Zelesky (Northborough, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 29, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Thomas Kokernak and Janice M. Kokernak. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica A. Brooks (Charles) of Milford; her grandsons, Trevor and Eric; and her brother Gerald J. Kokernak (Ann) of Sterling. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
