She was predeceased by: her brother John Dickie Hertz. She is survived by: her sister Ellen Hewitt of Richmond; her children, Paul Scott Heidemann of Northborough, MA., Mary Ellen Babin of Yarmouth Port, MA., Lee Heidemann of Norwalk, CT., Marlise Dunne of Trumbull, CT., Mark Heidemann of Southhold, NY, Eileen, Bob, Bev, Bill and Erika; and her grandchildren, Paul, Tracy, Derek, Kate, Billy, Tom and Sophie.

In lieu of flowers, her family asks that donations be sent to the Wounded Worrier Project and/or the Cape Cod Times Needy Fund.
