He was predeceased by: his parent John W.; and his children, Linda, Scott and Donna. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Fraser (Gould); his wife Penelope "Penny" Fraser (Smith); his sons, Richard W. Fraser of Douglas, MA and Steven M. Fraser (Deb) of Franklin, MA; his stepson Gregory; his wife Sally Sneden of Seattle, WA; his stepdaughter Catherine Dell of Shrewsbury; his grandchildren, Jessica, Eric, Brian, Matthew, Christopher and William; his great grandchildren, Nolan and Desmond; and also Erba (Marty) of Shrewsbury. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
