He was predeceased by: his mother Angelina Forest (Veleva) of South Weymouth. He is survived by: his father John A. Forest of South Weymouth; his sister Chrissy Gavrailov (Mitko) of South Weymouth; his niece Natalie; his nephew Evan Gavrailov of South Weymouth; and his caregivers, Karla Callahan of Plymouth, Bobby, Kylie, Nicole, Brooke, David and Sarah.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home (134 Pleasant St, Weymouth, MA 02190). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
