She was predeceased by: her husband David Sigelman. She is survived by: her significant other Paul; her daughter Katie Sigelman (Scott Brown); her grandchildren, Zoe and Harry; her son Ben Sigelman (Maggie Gosselin); her grandchildren, Ida and Mose; her sister Eileen McDonagh; and her nephews, Edward and Robert Price.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, for the benefit of the "David Sigelman and Patricia McDonagh Memorial Fund.".
