The passing of Linda M. Couture of Northampton, Massachusetts leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 29, 2024 at the age of 82. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Linda shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Linda farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris O'Brien (Morton) and John J. Morton; her husband Robert J. Couture; and her sister Carol Dufour. She is survived by: her siblings, Maureen A. Lucey (O'Brien) and James M. O'Brien (Theresa). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Church (42 Main St, Wilbraham, MA 01095). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at the St. Thomas Cemetery West Springfield (420 Kings Hwy, West Springfield, MA 01089).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104 or to the charity of one's choice.
