She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Michalski and Frances Michalski (Kowalski); and her husband John Stanley Hezik (Polish). She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Hezik (Lawrence Day), Joanne (Stanley Puc) of Westhampton and Johnna (Arthur Owen III) of Westfield; and her grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian Hackworth), John Puc, Cynthia Hezik, Joe Puc (Donald Lacroix), Brittany (Daniel Ross), Arthur Owen IV (Katherine Schreiner) and Ashlee Owen (Thomas Allen). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
