He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Roland; his parents, Arthur R. Todd and Grace A. Sheets Todd; his sisters, Patricia (Russell Greenbaum) and Doris L. Todd; his spouse Kathleen Lee Franklin Todd; his sons, John Franklin, Peter Christopher, Samuel Arthur and Adam George; his grandchildren, Hannah Grace Nemetz Todd, Abraham Milton Nemetz Todd, Lilith Doris Richards Todd and Samuel Earl Richards Todd; and also, Dorothy Jean Nemetz and Cynthia Denise Richards.
